Purchasing textiles is also conditioned by categorizing your property and legally prescribed in Terms for apartment and holiday homes categories. Of course, these rules are just a skeleton and do not answer the right questions - what exactly do you have to buy? Which materials, weights, colors and quantities to choose, what is the best and most optimal for you?

That is why we are here - our several decades of experience in the provision of tourism has enabled us to build a tailor-made assortment of each customer, and our professional advice will enable you to get the best price and quality ratio and that selected responds to your needs.

There area couple of unspoken rules and practices that will make life easier for you, but also for your guests, laundries and your textile suppliers (we hope us):

  • All. White. Always. Where do we start with the reasons? It is easier to maintain, harder to stain (it is practically impossible to fade), it can be cooked (thumbs up for hygiene), looks classic, etc. It is without reason the central motive of any stereotypical representation of a supperior hotel room gorgeous bed dressed in white satin, smooth or striped , only with decorative detail in some color.
  • What leads us to another idea - all white always, except decorative elements. Bedding should be simple, and decorative covers, pillows, curtains and similar addons tone to a color or a combination of colors and let them tone and pace the room.
  • KISS (Keep IT Simple Stupid) – hold on simplicity:
    • Rubber sheets are great for your home, but not so much for your apartments. Flat sheets are easier to iron, can be ironed on rollers, easier to fold and storage (and you can use them as upper sheets).
    • Buy the upper & bottom sheets of the same dimensions. So you do not have to think of which one is it and make more changes to the reserve.
    • Standardizing the size of the sheets you will take will make life easier. If you have more than one size bed/mattress, take all sheets in one or two sizesso you can use all the sheets for all beds (ie one dimension for all single beds and one dimension for all beds for two people).
    • Keep on duvet and pillow cases with folding. True, it looks nicer when the cover has a shot or a zipper, but it's a nightmare to maintain in bigger quantities and often half the laundry process can not be used to prevent these accessories from damaging or to damage the equipment in the laundry.
    • The same is true for various decorative accessories on the bed itself - slats, strips, laces and the like. It looks great, but if you do not have a luxury apartment or villa and you need to point out somehow, it will only give you headaches, re-ironing, and the like.
  • Hold on to natural materials. Especially in the summer. Especially at the sea. You do not want to know what's going on on synthetic bedding when the guest with the sunscreen lotion starts to stick to them. Simple white cotton linen is the best recommendation for apartments 2-3* (if you do not want to iron the bedding, the cotton crepe is always a nice summer option), a white cotton satin for apartments 4-5*.
  • Protect mattresses. Sometimes those guests happen to you. Those who spill beer or wine or themselves on the bed and it goes deep into the mattress. Even a simple blanket can be some kind of protection. However, you would prefer to hold it under the bed or impermeable sheets or impermeable blankets.
  • There are two things important about the pillow - always try to find pillows with a polyester filler (which is anti allergic and does not attract mites) and those   which are either able to be washed whole or have washable cases - the freshness and strength of the pillow is something you want to keep.
  • If you have financial space, always go for heavier towels. With a small note - if you wash in the laundry, it is cheaper to wash the towels of lesser weight (you will have to negotiate a compromise with yourself).
  • If you can, always wash in laundries. It is probably a bit expensive, but in this case somebody who knows what to do is taking care, and any damage that is occurring must be refunded or replaced (which is not the case if something happens while you are washing).

Below, for each category, one below the other, you can find, the must have rule book and what is our recommendation for furnishing   holiday apartments/villas/homes for vacation.

We point out that we have arranged these recommendations  only by categorization, for objects with some average overnight stay in that category. Of course, we work with many apartments and villas which are categorized with 3* but are luxuriously and tastefully decorated accommodation, are equipped with top quality satin and the like (also, and vice versa, we also meet high-class budgeting apartments).
